Solara Group Properties (SGP) was formed in January 2018 as a Real Estate Investment and Property Management company. In line with our mission of rebuilding communities one home at a time, over the years, SGP has invested in distressed properties around the DC metropolitan area, rehabilitated these properties, and sold them.

Additionally, the team at SGP has undertaken project management of numerous Flix and Flip projects, providing guidance on financing, labor, and materials. To enhance and strengthen the property management division of the company, SGP purchased ACS cleaning services in October 2018 and rebranded it Plush & Fresh. SGP currently has janitorial cleaning and building maintenance contracts under the P & F brand with various clients.
